  • Do we have to do all 30 exercises in 30 days?

    We encourage you to commit to putting the time aside in your busy lives for each other, yes. However, we appreciate it can be difficult to do! If you miss a day, we suggest that you jump back in on the next day.

  • Some of the exercises sound a bit cheesy, I'm not sure if it's right for us.

    Yes they are! And purposefully. If you didn't think they were awkward, weird or silly then you wouldn't be growing. The key to getting the most out of these exercises is withholding judgement, really letting go and being present with your partner. It's not easy - but very much worth it!

  • If I buy via the website, can I still access the iOS app?

    Sure - drop us an email and we'll send you a code to download the app from the App Store for free.

  • Do you have an Android app?

    You can play the exercises through our partner app Gumroad, yes! However, we don't have a bespoke Pillow Play Android app (and we're not currently planning on releasing one.)
